Would you eat dinner at a gas station? I would, if it is El Carajo.

Inside, it looks like a combination of a restaurant and a bakery.  Once you walk into the restaurant, it looks like a Spanish tavern.

I started the meal with a bowl of lobster bisque.  It was so thick and creamy, I could eat it with a fork.  Next we ordered the garlic shrimp.  It arrived sizzling hot and tasted good.  Then, we shared a tablet of fish, scallops, mussels, calamari, chicken, pork, steak, potatoes, and tostones.  It came with three delicious sauces to eat with the meal.  My favorite part of the tablet was the scallops.

We ended the meal with a chocolate torte. I love chocolate and this cake was amazing.

I would recommend this restaurant even though it is in a gas station.

Last week, my family and I went to Maria’s Greek Restaurant for dinner.  The food was so good, my family thanked me for picking the restaurant that night.

I ordered the flaming cheese, also known as Saganaki.  The waitress lit it on fire right next to me.  It was so hot that I could feel the heat on my face.  It was served with warm, soft pita bread.  It tasted stupendous!

Next, I ordered the chicken kabob platter.  It was served with a salad, french fries and yogurt sauce, also known as Tzatziki. I enjoyed them very much.

I would recommend this restaurant if you want Greek food.  I give it three out of five stars.

I had dinner with my family at Whisk last night.  The food was awesome!  The restaurant looked amazing as always.  I like to sit next to the kitchen so that I can see the chefs cook my dinner.  We ordered the herb salad with fried green tomatoes.  I liked it a lot.  We also ate the buttermilk fried chicken with mashed potatoes.  It was delish!  For dessert we had the corn meal pound cake.  It tasted lemony and sweet.  I liked it a lot.  If you have not tried Whisk I think you should.  SEE YOU NEXT TIME.

The burger was really good. The only problem with the burger was it fell apart in my hands.  Also, the parmesan pesto fries were a little too crispy.  But, I would still go back again.
